  2. We store three copies of your data in three different data centers across North America: one in Northern Virginia, one in Northern California and one in Toronto.

  3. The copy in Toronto is kept offline, with no connection to the internet. This keeps it safe from hacks and accidental deletion.

  4. Download everything as often as you like. Your photos become available within 12 hours.

Why we built it

Our Storey

We're Jeevan and Kamal, and Storey started with our own wedding.

After our photographer and videographer sent us over 100 GB of photos and video, we found ourselves facing a question we hadn't thought about before: how do we keep these safely stored for the rest of our lives? Because these aren't just files. They are memories we want to share with our grandchildren one day.

We started looking into our options, but nothing felt quite right. We figured we couldn't be the only ones with this problem, so we decided to do something about it.

We use archive storage, which is made for files you want to keep for decades but only access sometimes. Bringing files back from it takes time, but storing them there costs less. We found this to be the perfect use case for wedding photos and videos.
